CXL Topology Builder for QEMU

Components

Start with a CXL Host Bridge. This is the root of any CXL topology.
Connect a CXL Root Port to the Host Bridge. Root Ports are the entry points into the CXL fabric.
Connect Switches or Devices downstream from Root Ports or other Switches.
Every topology requires at least one CXL Memory Window to map device memory to the host.
Note: CXL Type2 Devices are not currently supported by QEMU.
